Hey Polly - is Sophronia meant to inspire fun or a sense of expectation or childhood glee? For me, these colours have a melancholy quality - Sophronia looks rather sombre - maybe things need to get a bit more Dr Seuss?
As striking as these cities are, they feel very gloomy, even the orange one, which looks like a sepiatone photograph. Throw a bit of colour. While there is Dr. Seuss, may I suggest Macau as another possibility?
Go crazy with colour: Mix pinks, yellows, blues, purples, mix them up. These images are still fairly monochrome so an infusion of multiple colours and neon banding might be what's needed to bring it to life and sell the city as a place of fun.
