Hey Polly - can you give these individual planes a very slight rotation, so there's movement in addition to the tracking inwards? It doesn't want to be too much, but I have a gut instinct that a bit more life will lend further dynamism to this scene? I like the simplification of your world, but I think you need to identify opportunities as an animator to always ensure your various assets are coming to life sufficiently. Another really important aspect of your film is sound design - you've got lots of opportunities here for imaginative diegetic sound - i.e. the 'noise' our DNA strands make when then ripple past us, the sound your red cells make as we move 'past them' etc.
